The grounds are always dirty--lots of dog crap, dirty steps and walkways. The snow has been log gone, but we still have to walk on piles of crunchy, discolored rock salt--ridiculous! No one ever cleans the outside. Actually, when you move in the apartments are filthy. The old appliances and hidious outdated kitchens and baths are in bad need of replacement. The staff--well... I'll just say unprofessional, uneducated, and unmotivated. Bozutto should be ashame of themselves. They should invest in having a third party send email survey's to the tenants--they'll find more than 70% of tenants will have similar complaints.

I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and have never encountered the above mentioned problems. Granted if you choose to live in a community that allows pets there will always be the occasional person that does not pick up after their pet. Will is always walking around with that trash can of his picking up dog mess and garbage. The cabinets are a little dated but certainly not in poor condition, nor are the bathrooms. And they replace applianaces as needed, in the past year I received both a new washing machine and also brand new tile floors. Maintenance always comes right away when I call them. Everyone that works here is great, office (they have done countless favors for me) and maintenance, they will all bend over backwards to try to make you happy. I go to each and every party that they throw and am friends with a lot of my neighbors, I have never heard a single negative remark from anyone other then yours, all of my neighbors have lived here just as long as me if not longer. If it so bad here then why did you choose to move in?

someone didn't pay their rent and was evicted, weren't they...this place is awesome...is it perfect. no, but you won't find perfection on this earth anyway...this is by far the BEST place in Howard County. No matter where you go, you'll actually have to pay rent...so get out your checkbook and get ready to pay through the nose for a "cheaper" apartment but remember you'll be living in a drug infested place instead of The Gramercy at Town Center...you should have paid your rent so you wouldn't have been evicted! BTW, was that you the other day getting tossed by the police? Hmmm...seems pretty fishy to me that you'd get the boot and then all of a sudden, some kind of nasty comment is on here about the Gramercy...shame on you!

I suspect it is the management posting the anonymous positive reviews. So I will respond in kind, anonymously. The Gramercy is IS dirty and outdated, as the original poster stated. Check it out for yourself.

The Gramercy is definitely not dirty OR outdated. Perhaps the kitchen cabinets could be improved however the Gramercy is certainly one of the better communities in the Columbia area. My family and I have been in Columbia for over 30 years, I have owned a home and also lived in several different apartment communities, Gramercy was the one rental we had which we recommended to all of our friends looking for an apartment in this area. The reason for this was not based on the kitchen cabinets. It was soley based on the top notch cutomer service we received during our stay there, as well as services offered, and the amazing upkeep of the grounds and clubhouse. Nowhere is perfect, but Bozzuto's (look them up if you haven't heard of them) name doesn't carrry such prestige with it for no reason.
