Grand Pointe

I cannot believe a place like Grand Pointe exists! I also cannot believe that someone gave --------------- the title of 'Manager.'

So many things have happened since I've lived there, that I would need to write a book just to speak on all of them. If I had not experienced some of the things that I have gone through since moving in, I would not believe these things could happen. In sum, --------------- and her assistant, ---------, are two of the worse examples of management EVER!!! I really get the impression that neither of them have ever really managed anything prior to Grand Pointe -- and they are not really MANAGING GP. As for what they are really doing, only God can answer that!
They are both unresponsive, uncaring, unprofessional, and clueless! These people do not care one cent about the residents. For some reason, they act as if we are the enemy.
Will I renew my lease? NO WAY IN HELL!!! Living at GP has not been a pleasant experience at all.

DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! LIVING AT GRAND POINTE IS LIKE LIVING IN HELL especially with -----, I mean, Stephanie at the helm.

There are better places out there, please keep looking before signing on to this place.
