AIMCO IS HORRIBLE -- PERIOD! NOT JUST HERE.

I have not rented at Grand Pointe, but currently live in another AIMCO property -- Spring House in Laurel.

In searching for a new place, I checked this one out to see what people had to say about AIMCO.

I agree with comments made here about indifferent unresponsive management.

My experience is that AIMCO acts as if you are working for them instead of the other way around.

Their primary interest in their owners, not their residents.

I would NEVER rent from another AIMCO managed property again.

EVER! Heed the warning, or you will regret it!
