Grand Pointe From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   When I first moved here the apartments were good and the rental office staff was very attentive and polite. This new office staff, headed by Stephanie Clark, have no concern for their tenants, nor the upkeep of this complex. Their only priority is collecting the rent on time. I've spoken to several people in my building and neighboring buildings who had broken washing machines and/or other major appliances for upwards of five to six months without any response from the rental office staff. I would not recommend this complex to anyone and I'll be glad for the day when I have enough money to move.
