Stay Away!!!!! Can't they afford new light bulbs?

I have lived at grand Pointe for a year now and have seen the amount of tentants go way up and the quality of tentants go way down. If you are into living in a building where your neighbor is a small family of 8, your appliances never work, and while walking to your apartment from your car at night, in the dark, (they have not replaced any lightblubs in the neighborhood making it very dangerous)you have to push through a crowd that hangs out in front of your door, this place is for you!!! Grand Pointe is where those who don't have, think they do---(or look like they will take from you) that is why I am getting out of there.
