I Left and I am SOOO Happy! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   I lived at Grand Pointe for a couple of months and I moved out quick! The combination of people yelling outside my apartment window, maintenance not responding, when they did they were great! Thank goodness they got ride of one of the office staff, she was horrible, only thing is they moved her to ANOTHER AMICO complex. You need help, ask for Karen, she is wonderful! She is the only thing that is saving that place. My carpet was horrible, filthy and my neighbors, well lets just say I would never ask for sugar! I moved into Avalona t Fairway Hills and I love it. It is just a shame to see a mangement company take a wonderful complex and turn it into something horrible. All I have to say is thank you Karen!
