where to start...we haved lived here for two years and it has been horrible from the start. We cant put any of our pots away because the boards in the cupboards are dry rotted and disgusting. We have gone to managment for two years about this problem and once in awhile, when they do decide to send maintainence up, they tell us they are out of wood. Two years seems to be an awfully long time to be out of wood. Heat/water/etc. used to be included in the rent now they charge you for all these, which up'd our rent 200 dollars last month. Water leaks through the ceiling from the apartment upstairs, our dishwasher and garbage disposal breaks every 2-3 months; if we are using our oven, the stove will not work; there is a huge draft that comes in from our sliding glass doors making our apartment comparable to the arctic; people play their music so loud the bass shakes things on our walls at all hours (7am, noon, 7pm, 3am...) It takes at least a week for maintainance to come look at anything, if they even come at all. We cant throw our trash away half the time because the chutes are backed up; the smell of marijuana in our hallway is strong enough to choke a horse; our neighbors fight in the hallway; management is just plain rude and ignorant; kids have vandalized our cars, our closet doors do not work, our deadbolt is broken...this place is horrible, do not move here.
