Lived here for a year and glad to be gone... I could hear water dipping in the walls. All the appliances are 8 years old. The walls are very thin so you always here the neighbors. Some of the tenents are so bad that even in broad daylight they would piss on my girlfriends SUV which was parked near the volleyball court for no reason other than them being drunk. The AC in my unit failed repeatedly and the windows were really drafty in the winter.

In all, I wouldnt recommend this place unless there was no other place available.
