Would I recommend this apt to a friend' Absolutely Not...but maybe an enemy!
I'm scared to death to live here, and can't wait to get out.
Someone was shot to death half a block from here, a bunch of cars were spray painted in the middle of the night, loud music bangs til 4am, suspicious gatherings at all hours of the night, parking lot is filled with beer bottles, cigarettes, goya cans, and vomit.
Management is totally unresponsive. The emergency number might as well be a dead line.
