This apartment complex is the worst place I ever lived beer bottles all in the grass from the ---------, people also sleeping our side on the field of the apartment complex, the parking lot is not safe, at least one or two cars are vandalize a week there howard count claims that there are only 5 police offciers for this area but the area that we live in is the number one worst area in howard county so wy arnt there more police and why is it that crime keeps happening in the same spot around the same hours of the night. The first day I moved in my apartment had a leak further, all together Ive lived here for about 10 months and Ive had a problem with several leaks, bug problems, car theft, car vandalizm, the apartment next was broken into. Furthermore before jan. the heat bill wasnt that high after jan. my heat bill went up from $70 to $370 cause of two reason managemnt did not contact ista to renew sometype of paper work so that the complex would not be chaged over a certin amount. In addition to that the ista people are charging people, by using an estamation, to prove it one of the maitance people who was recently fired un hooked the meter in one whole building and they were still were charging people a high amount, but ista claims that they arent being estamated, but how could they be read if they were not hooked up. There also so has been several incidents where young girls had been followed home at grand pointe apartments, would I refer someone to live here' Definitly not these apartments are over price and not worth it thats why the turn over rate is so high.
