I have been living at Grand Pointe since June. What can I say' The reviews are pretty much on point: People loiter in the parking lot at night, the apartments are horrible (insects, bed bugs, trash bins always overflowing). The maintainace staff is pretty courteous and the leasing agents are as well. However, I have had too many problems in this apartment and I am finally moving.
