This place is not bad at all. Sure, it is not quite as elegant as the more expensive communities in Columbia, but make no mistake - it is No run down inner city area. (Baltimore/DC/Brooklyn NY etc)It is livable and close to the mall. If you're not intimidated by kids with baggy clothing you'll be fine. I admit you should keep your wits about you, but that's everywher. Bottom line - If I could afford a high priced complex then I'd go for the better communities. But in the mean time, this is a decent-livable community for it's price.
