Maybe I'm just clean, but I have never seen a roach or bed bug yet. I love the view from my appt in the high rise, and rarely hear neighbors. Recently there has been a lot of new updates like new security, and playground. The only problems I have had with my appt were minor, (new screen door, leak under sink) and fixed promptly. The office staff is nice and they have monthly parties for the residents. I am getting ready to renew my lease and stay here for another year.
