OLD RUN DOWN APPARTMENT WITH NEW PAINT.

I have, From the very night that I moved in. The first night I moved in I came out of my bed room at about 11:00 pm and went in to the kitchen. When I turned on the light what did i see, not one or two roaches but twenty; I counted them. I have been fighting them for the last 3 months. This appartment complex is old and the building is in bad shape. The mainenance work is shoddy and needs to be replaced. As far as the office staff, they seem ok. But when I first got here, the maintenance crew working on my appartment told me about a prostitue who literaly works the complex. I am currently tring to get out of my lease and leave this rat nest stink hole. Warnning to all those who look for an appartment at Grand Pointe, there is more to an appartment than the forest out side and a manicured lawn. Oh yea and did I mention that for the first 2 months I could here my upstairs neighbors every move! EVERY MOVE! I knew if they got up to go to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, patio it was rediculus. Thankfully they moved out and no one has moved in yet.
