I have been a resident for a year now counting down the days until my lease is over. I have been robbed 4 times with the last time a few days prior to Christmas. I put my 60 day notice in that I was leaving and when I went to the management office today to tell them that I was leaving 2 weeks earlier than planned they are telling me that I have to pay a lease break fee of one months rent. Well how about the replacements that I have had to purchase from the robberies which the girl had the audacidy to tell me that I have traffic coming in and out of my apartment suggesting I was responsible for the robberies myself. I have a teenager who has friends over. What about the fact that I am on the first floor and have had a broken window for over 2 weeks and have reported 3 times and they still have not sent anyone out to even look at it. My apartment has flooded twice, once from rain and once from the air conditioning. I have been smoked out when I turned the heat on. I had a snake come in under my front door. I am still waiting for latches for the medicine cabinet that is on my walk through that a year later has not been replaced. The apartments are spacious for the price and if you call emergency maintenance you will get things fixed, but the management office will screw you around 6 ways to Sunday. Go find something in a better neighborhood with a better staff.

i broke my lease in fear for my life... and they sent a collections agency after me ...nice (while others pay $26/mo among 6 people)

after horrible living in the apartment, i went to break the lease and they robbed me. Lease office has robbers sitting in nice clothes. Never believe them. if u r moving in, note the condition of appliances and carpet and inform them. When u r moving out, they will charge you for everything.
5 months back, there were few cars smashed with beer bottles.
my sincere advice, pls do not move in instead u can stay homeless ;-)

i moved out without paying them for the month that they asked. I was assulted and was too scared to go back in that apartment so i am taking them to court and i am definetly NOT paying!!!
