Hi - welcome. I am glad you found this review because you will get an education here - more than 4 years of High School or College could ever teach you. Let the lesson begin:
Spanish: Si, senior, you will be learning some Spanish here...you will hear great latin tunes, listen to drunk guys in the parking lot pee in Spanish, you get the picture. You may even watch the annual Latin Grammy Awards and actually recognize the winning music after a year here.
Criminology: Here you will learn the definition of Illegal. Illegal as in undocumented citizen yes, but there is so much more. Let me see, it is illegal to urinate in public, break into people's homes, vandalize cars, live 20 to an apartment, etc. Yes it all happens here - you will definitely pass Criminology after the end of your lease. Oh, and make sure you study the housing codes that are violated too - a special section at no extra cost. Roach infestation, bed bugs, mold. You get it'
Biology: Bed bugs are fascinating and deserve careful study, as do their friends the roaches. We will thoroughly study these creatures and then move onto mold growth 101. If you do well there we can talk about urine, alcohol, and its inevitable effects!
Economics: Cheap rent' Right Cool' Well, that is all a big IF. IF your apartment gets broken into, it may not be worth it. Car repairs can be quite costly as well. Oh, of course if you die here, it won't matter. Factor in quality of life to your decision and you may pass this course!
Legal: What would our course be without a legal discussion beyond basic Criminology. We can discuss contracts, suing landlords, all that fun stuff.
Well, congratulations. Consider yourself now educated. You can pick up your diploma by the dumpster - as you pitch your mattress that has been infested by bed bugs. Ooops - just don't slip on the peed on grass!

just a question??/? do you have a problem with spanish people....a great deal of your comments were about that. just a reminder all cultures all backgrounds all races have criminals..... i am offended and no i am not spanish or latin or of any origin of aztec

Hmmm, this is an interesting review for me. Considering i uses to work as a leasing agent at this property, and then i worked at a local doctors office where a few residents of grand pointe came to get treated for bed bug bites. All i will say is the apartments are spacious and the views are great from the high rise building:)
