ill be straight.... the worst apartment complex ive been in so far...crappy interior designing (accient). horrible parking for both residents and visitors...although zipcode says columbia living conditions say baltimore city with a columbia pricing. there is a trumendous a pest problem through your home you cant walk barefooted in your own home. bathrooms has no outlet for grooming, ladies cant blow dry hair etc..company (visitors) has to walk about a 1/4 mile from visitors parking to the buildings. washer and dryer unit located in the kitchen (really smart) let me not forget about the out dated appliances, g.p. has some the worst home improvement jobs ive seen in an apartment...theres no security if your on the first floor as the windows are ground level with little to no resistance from opening outside...there seems to be a gang problem around here too, as gang graffiti signs mark territory throught out the complex...listen do not sign a lease here you will regret it trust me....oh yeah did i mention im from new york moved to baltimore and now i reside at grande pointe and i cant tell the difference between these apt and the ones in baltimore...if your coming from baltimore, dont come here say your money aint worth it. oh yeah the advertise storage space but there isnt any available...ive been living here for over a week and ive already broke my lease

I belive you just need to buy a house. You obviously deal with chicken heads. New York to Balitmore City to Columbia you move around alot and can't afford luxury. I've live at GP for 2yrs and never had a problem and if I did it was quick corrected. Baltimore City though??? Seriously.....
