Grand Pointe

Ive been here for about a year now and its been the worst place ive ever lived. The staff is rude and so is the manager. The back door to the high rise NEVER works then when you tell the staff they ignore you. There are SO MANY BUGS! Ive never seen so many bugs until I moved in here.....Millipedes are especially a problem and they are like 2 inches long. Disgusting carpets you have to keep socks on all the time they have not changed carpets in like decades they just keep putting more chemicals on the carpet to try to make it clean. I have NO SILVERWARE DRAWER wtf?? I have to keep my silverware in a drainer or the 30 yr old dishwasher that doesnt even clean them anyway. The washers and and dryers are extremely tiny and often stop working in the middle of your cycle the dryers dont dry your clothes in one cycle either. Maintenance never adressed our simple issues like the stove was crooked so when you cook everything goes to one side of the pan and they said they cant do anything about it the stove is fine. It took them 3 calls to come and they didnt even fix the lop sided stove. Last but not least, the manager is really stuck up and acts like hes too good to talk to you. Please do NOT move here you might as well live on the streets of baltimore its probably cleaner.
