i've lived at grand pointe since august 08.
at first it seemed like a decent place, then the roaches came out.
i told the staff about it several times and when people came in to inspect it they said they didn't see anything, and even when they did "treat" it, nothing happened so i bought my own poison to kill them.
they still come back because i'm sure they've infested the building, but they're not as bad.
in addition to the bugs, neighbors can get VERY noisy late at night (up to 2am and later) i wish everyone knew about this site so they would be forewarned, i didn't see it until after i started my lease here.

Well, seriously I'm not at all surprised...another great gang infestated snot nosed punk area...what can you expect living in a filthy state? The only place here in Columbia, Maryland that I know is safe is The Gramercy and even so, those little brats end up here sometimes...little bastards need to be in jail for a very long time and their parents need to be in prison for life for the way they let them do what they want. Shame on you Columbia, Marylanders for letting your little bratts run the streets like crazy insane animals! It's only called the Grand Point for one reason...the POINT is...don't live here...it's a ------ place to live.....not worth a pot to piss in!
