Harpers Forest Apartments

Poor Poor Poor/Do not live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   it is really bad when you callt he police department about the people upstairs fighting and all use say is your aprtemtn address and they say oh Harpers Forest Aprtments, yah we are o the way. I might as well have had the howard county police on speed dial by the time I left. complaining to management was unuseful i even gave them a letter of complaint. yah that was useuful to. If you like oyur warm heating going right out the door then apply here, but I do not like paying for my money to go right out the door. And as far as the security door yah right like as if that door ever worked. and cound they ever fix anything right. I mean I had to call so many times about the towel rack in my bathroom that I finally fixed it myself. they would fix it and then don't you know the very next day or possibly the ever next hour it was down again. the toliet clugged so many times that i figured that I might as well invest in a porta potty. Yah so my reveiw on this apratment is run as soon as you see the apratment, do not sign anything, just keep walking better yet run.
