I lived in this community for a year in 1989 (man, am I dating myself or what'!). While I can't say how it is today, it was a drug, crime and bug-infested sh*thole back then. I can't imagine it's gotten better since.

absolutly correct I lived there less than a year ago the managment are liars and swindlers. Becareful not to get cheated, if you buy out the lease have a lawyer present at all costs it will be worth it in the end. Drug dealers and gang members everywhere.
