1. Neighbors are noisy and threatening.
2. Every time they spray for cockroaches more come out! It's like they do it to attract them!
3. Heaters are old and don't work.
4. Maintenance staff makes excuses instead of fixing problems.
5. When you try to raise issues to the management company, they never return your calls.
6. People get shot and stabbed here.
7. Cars get vandalized here
8. Bikes are stolen.
9. And what's with the door bells being tied to a Verizon Phone' If I can't get FIOS I don't want them!
10. Office and Maintenance staff will Lie to make themselves look good and protect themselves.
