I'm a single older woman living here with no family nearby and there are some things I can't do. So, when I had a shelf come down (because I overloaded it!!) I called the office and asked the nice young lady if someone could help me. She explained that they were pretty busy but she could send someone the next day. Considering this was a personal item and not something of the complexes, I was very pleased. Just want to say Thanks for helping me out!
