I am sad to say I am moving from Harpers after a 3 year pleasant stay. My job is taking me down south for 2 years so, I am looking on apt ratings to find my new place and started to wonder about my current residence's ratings. I believe some of the reviews on here is very misleading. I just want to let the anyone who is looking in the Columbia area Harpers Forest is a great choice. Maintenance has been prompt and great over the years. I don't have any complaints about maintenance or the rental office. The people in the rental office have always been very nice. I don't know where some of these reviews are coming from. I am rather shocked. Me, my friends, and neighbors are very content. I just wanted this to be known about Harpers because I am moving myself and, relying on the info I see on apt ratings to kind of steer me in the right direction. Put Harpers Forest on your list of places to consider. I openly recommend this community to friends and co-workers. Now I recommend Harpers to the people looking for a great home in Columbia by way of apt ratings.
