i lived there for 1 year. i never fully unpacked my stuff cause from the first day i moved in i was ready to leave! i was pregnant when i moved in and it was bad. you call maintence and they take 4 ever to come!! the leasing office is horrible! they will lie to you in your face and wont fix a problem till you thretento take them to court! my son had to have surgery the 2nd dayion he was born and when i got to take him home i called ----- the leasing office mtuatanager and said i really need my air conditioner fixed my son is coming home from the nicu and he has to have the air on! she said oh yes it will be fixed by the time you come back!--------, 2 weeks later it still wasnt fixed....she started talking about i needed to get a doctors note to be moved up on the list and blah blah. finally after like 2 months they had to come in and replace the whole unit! they were so old!! the room where the ac&heating units are are discousting!! first right off the bedroom, they are moldie and trashed! myne had a huge whole in it and it was making my air blow out cold in the winter time so maintence cme in and put a box to cover it up that he had got from the dumpster! my bathroom toilet was so old the whole underneeth had mold under it they told me to scrub it, yea i bleached that thing and nothing happened! i was babysitting a lil girl and she was crawling around on the floor trying to catch a roach. they are nasty apartments, they do a compleate half ass job when fixing anything. you can tell if you lived there and looked at the walls and celling. my kitchen celing came in twice cause the ladys dishwasher above me!! there were roaches everywhere!! every time the heat came on all you smeled was this musky moldy oder that you had to breathe in!! i was always sick! and get this a week before i moved the person who had just moved in across from me was conplaining about hed wake up with his face swolen and crazy stuff and i told him its the apartment!! i could go on and on forever! so if you wanna live there go ahead but youve gotta be outta your mind or desperate!! mabye because its the cheepest in howard county people might think hey its cheep ill just live here well its better to pay more for a nicer place!! and dont use their washer and dryers!!

I'll add my own (read my review from last year) comments. (1) if your current property is not under Home Properties, check another property than Peppertree Farm or Cinnamon Run (2) if you are in another Home Properties, either let your lease totally expire or take the early-termination penalty for moving to a non-Home Properties complex
