DO NOT MOVE HERE

So we were moving from CT, and because of legal reason could not see our apartment for months (thats what KR told us), we came down when it was suppose to be ready, and it wasn't (they told us due to housing laws we can't see it)....when we actually drove down, we had a uhaul, drove for 6 hours, ONLY TO ARRIVE TO A TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APARTMENT. Like the other review posted on 10.14, the apartment was dirty!!! For over 1K we had kitchen cabinets with burn marks, a fridge door that couldn't open all the way, killed like 12 bugs in 1 hr, flood marks in the bathroom, appliances were like 20 yrs old, cabinets being help up with tape, terrible caulking in kitchen and shower, it was like an apartment you find in the worse part of any city. We were so disappointed that the next day we looked for another apartment. The property manager knew it was a terrible apartment because she offered us some deals, but no deal was worth staying there. We trusted them when we saw the model apartment, we asked specifically about the apartment we were getting, asked for pictures, you name it we tried, but no one cared and now I see why, why would they want to show us a crappy apartment before we moved? Someone had to know the condition of that apartment. It was so bad, even though we signed the lease, they let us nullify everything---as they should. Did they compensate us for wasting our time and inconveniencing us? NOPE Don't move here, don't opt for the "classic" apartment, maybe the renovated is better, but from our experience, their management team, especially C is not to be trusted.

p.s. better deals in town, we found a renovated 2 bed 933 sq ft for under 1100, when KR was offering us a ghetto 1 bed 750 for about the same price...check out sherwood crossing..they helped us out after listening to the experience we had with KR and was able to move us in the next day
