This place is simply ordinary. The staff is professional, maintenance is prompt, but no one goes out of their way to make this place special. The hallways can get dirty sometimes and the pet disposal area is often unkempt. The noise from upstairs neighbors can somtimes be unbearable. The water heater is small for a family. The kitchen is very tiny, but the apliances are fairly new. This place is extremely expensive for what you get, and they are goin up again soon I hear. I will definatly not be renewing my lease as this place, although nice, is just not worth the high price.
