The Apartments at Kendall Ridge are a great place to be! I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. I have lived here for 7 years, and am just now preparing to move out due to my employment transferring me out of state. The office staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to accomodate you. Maintenance is the best I've ever encountered, taking care of issues in a timely fashion, not to mention getting the repair done right their first time there. I've never had a problem with parking, and all of my neighbors are the best! There is a beautiful swimming pool, kind of shut off and surrounded by plant life, as well as lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, and fun resident events. In a couple of weeks we're having a catered Sunday brunch out by the pool. Kendall Ridge is also in a great location, only a couple of minutes away from route 100 and shopping centers, but on a very quite street away from all of the traffic. I recommend my community to everyone that I work with, and will continue to do so even after I move out of state. Do yourself a favor and come check this place out!
