My husband and I have been very happy since we moved here three years ago. These apartments were built in the 90's, which if you look around at some other neighborhoods out here, we are pretty new in comparison! The girls in the office are the best, and so is maintenance. There are plenty of other places to go in Columbia, if Kendall Ridge is so bad, then why are there so many residents here that have been here since the place was built. It's also safe here, and I would not hesitate to start a family while living here. The office gives you alot of payment options when it comes time to pay your rent, which is also something I have yet to see at another community. Between the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and the feeling of being part of a big family when you live here (not only is the staff great, I have not encountered a nasty neighbor yet - lots of families and professionals), I would suggest you get out here today before there aren't any apartments left.
