In 2 1/2 years living there the managment was always courteous and quick to respond to any problems. They handled even the small problems quickly and the one time they couldn't fix something in a day or two, they gave us a break on rent. The place itself was very nice, not the newest, but not from 25 years ago either. I would still be living there if I hadn't moved out of state for other reasons.
The price is a little high, but I didn't ever think about leaving on account of the cost given that everything else was worth it.
