Kendall Ridge

I've lived here for 9 months in between houses. Although there has been some car thefts, I'm not afraid of the neighborhood. It is quiet and relatively thug-free. The management and maintenance are responsive and there are not too many places that are decent that allow big dogs. The only issue I have is there is a lot of noise from the upper apartments. Not much they can do about it and with time, I'm getting used to it.

Woah, so even though cars get jacked and broken into on a weekly basis (not to mention the occasional apartment break-in), management refuses to contract out for added security, and that there's basically a "Welcome to da hood - Come heavy or don't come at all" sign located on Tamar about a 1/2 mile from Kendall Ridge, you decided to give the "Safety" criterion a 5 out of 5? Man, you're braver then me. See, I grew up in East Baltimore. You must have come from Sandtown or Cherry Hill.

Hey, your response sounds suspiciously like "WaTcH_Yo_BuTT's" and is very inconsistent with the rest of the reviews on this complex. Are you sure that you are not a disgruntled ex-employee or have some other kind of axe to grind?
