I moved here three months back and was happy that the society is neat, clean and secured. The staff was good and was cooperative.
When i moved in i was told to fill a paper saying the things not working/missing and was assured of the same week repair.
I checked everything and found that the heater/AC, washing machine dryer, closet gates were non functional. For me repairing of the heater/AC was imperative. Staff said we will take care of it and now its three months and no action has been taken. Its the start of summer and i am sweating inside my apartment all they say is that the volume of such cases is too high and hence wait...
In the first case they should have not given me an apartment which has the Heater/AC, dryer not functional.

Other point of concern is that the parking is really tight ... if you reach home after 6:30 PM, be prepared to park your car really far.

All in all... there are better apartment societies available for the same cost. The maintenance services are slow or not available .. you are on your own.

I never have any trouble parking; in fact, I almost always get a spot right in front of my apartment. As for maintenance - if you call and leave a message, they won't come. But if you speak to someone, they're usually pretty good. When I had trouble with my dryer (it wasn't drying and had to be replaced), I went down to the leasing office to complain and they gave me the keys to the "guest" apartment and said I could use that dryer until mine was fixed. Overall, I have very few complaints. It is an expensive apartment - but very nice.

Wow! Three month's with no air condition sounds a bit extreme!?! I know when I moved in 10 months ago I turned in my move-in check list for record keeping purposes to keep in my file so that I would not be charged at move-out for anything found. I did not use the check list as a maintenance request. I always make formal requests with the office staff and they are always taken care of. I had an emergency with a leak and spoke to the young lady in the office and it was taken care of right away. Sorry you had trouble but that has not been my experience at Kendall Ridge. I love it here.
