I currently reside in this apartment.Full of rodents.Rats are frequent visitors to my apartment.I asked them to give me a new apartment, but the management is very rigid and theyy want me to pay all the rent .They promised me they would fix the problem.But today I have seen a dead mice in the living room.I called animal control to report this issue.
So pleease please if you care for your life dont move into this ---- hole.dont believe what the management tells you.
I will soon put a picture of rat in my apartment.

I have lived here for over a year and have never seen or heard of a mouse/rat being in any apartment. My boyfriend also has an apartment here and we have never experienced that problem. Sorry that this is an issue for you, but we love living here. The apartments are close to our jobs and shopping so it works for us.

My daughter moved into this apartment complex one year ago and we were very particular about where she lived, since this would be her first time living alone. Kendall Ridge met all of our expectations regarding safety, cleanliness and attractiveness. All of her maintainence issues were dealt with promptly as long as she spoke to someone in person as opposed to leaving a message. She never saw a rat, mouse or even any bugs! The office staff is very polite. The only reason she ended up leaving when her lease ran out is that she moved in with a roommate who had a two-bedroom apartment. We would HIGHLY recommend Kendall Ridge.
