New Management Sucks & Dog Feces throughout the Grounds

I lived here for about 3 1/2 years when Bozzutto was managing the property in which I never had any complaints. Once Fairfield took over there were daily apartment break-in's; cars stolen or broken into; personal property stolen from patios, and so on. Management is very inexperience and nasty too. Maintenance is very slow and since Farifield's existence, there has been major electrical problems throughout the entire development and plumbing problems which affects all residents there on the property.
During my stay at KR I never had any maintenance issues or complaints until Fairfield came on board which forced me to move due to safety issues for me and my family and Fairfields neglect in controlling their out-of-controlled neighbors and some of them were not even neighbors. Most of all, if you wanted to play outdoors with your children on the property, it would be very difficult because all of the green open space is full of dog feces by tenants who have dogs. It is do bad that they even through the feces from their individual balconies and it smells very bad during the hot summer days soooooooo nasty and discusting. DON'T MOVE HERE, you'll regret it after move in. Management is like Dr. Jekel and Mr. Hide, they smile in your face and then talk about you, lie on you, and play deceitful games behind your back. This was a great place to live when Bozzutto managed the property, but now that Fairfield is managing it - be careful or just don't subject yourself to such deceit; you will be better off looking for housing at a better place.
