I have to say that I was disappointed after moving into the complex. The staff seemed eager to get you to sign the lease and neglected to mention important things such as:
Break-ins into the apartments (infrequently), break-ins into cars (frequently happens), no parking space what so ever. Poor maintenance. Dirtiness, both in the parking lots and inside the apartments. The apartment looked clean when we first went in, but when we started unpacking and putting things in the apartment, the dirt surfaced.
Rent is really high for the condition of the apartments. There are worse apartments, but there are certainly better apartments for the price.
