Bad Experience! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   My roommate and I had a bad experience with the whole leasing process and as a result are NOT going to move in at all! Basically we signed a lease and paid the deposit for a 2b/2bath apt. KC called a few weeks before we were supposed to move in to tell us that the current tenants changed their mind and are not moving out; therefore we don't have an apt. Supposedly there was nothing else available and they weren't offering any options or going out of their way for us saying, "it's not our fault." Why should the the current tenants be permitted to take back their 30 days notice in the first place' Apparently it costs time and $ to try and evict them so they don't even bother. When I called and to talked to the regional manager about our situation, she never returned my call. I called repeatedly and left at least 2 messages. Talk about bad customer service all around. Don't give them your $$.
