Great home and Great price From: FishinMan Date posted: 10/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   My fiance & I have lived here 4 months. The price is a little high, but for Columbia thats actually low. We moved here on the recomendation from a close friend who live here for many years before buying a house, and my boss who has lived here 7 years. Mostly quiet except for the proximity to the road (fire trucks pass by time to time). Very cleanly kept property. We had some problems when we moved in but they were addressed quickly. Just 1 example, the AC blower was bad and they couldnt order one quickly because of it being a holiday, so they took a blower from an empty 3br apt and put it in our 1br. You can blow dry your hair from the vents now. They need some reminding to get work done but they do a fantastic job. We complained about 2 rotted boards on deck and after reminding them several times they supprised us with a whole new deck. The other tennents that live here are very friendly.I would recomend Kings Crossing to anyone looking for a quiet place to live.
