I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE REALLY RUDE AND UNCARING. VERY NOISY MOVED IN TO ONE OF THE NEWLY RENOVATED APT HAD A BROKEN WATER HEATER THAT LEAKED, BREAKERS THAT WERE KICKED AND THE FLOOR UPSTAIRS MADE NOISED WHEN YOU WALKED ON IT LIKE PIPES CLANKING STAFF NOT A BIT RELIABLE ALWAYS TELLING YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT NEVER THE SAME STORY.

I just leased with them and have yet to move in. I thought the leasing staff was AMAZING. They were SO nice and helpful and answered questions honestly. I met some residents and they all seemed pleasant. I have no idea what I will think when I move in, but so far in all the prep-work the managers, specifically Leann, has been wonderful to work with and I commend them on this. I visited other places in the area that were completely unorganized.
