SHOULD BE CALLED LAZY STAFF!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Living at Lazy Hollow caused nothing but frustration! They rarely answer the phone and never returned phone calls. They overcharged for rent and it took months to recieve refund! They scheduled workmen during early mornings and weekends. There were bugs and mice and the apartment complex staff would do nothing except giggle and say they would get on it right away...which of course they did not. They lied and misrepresented what was offered in the apartment. There was rarely close parking due to workmen trucks and rude tennants taking 3, 4 and even 5 parking spaces for their friends. One a scale of one to ten I give it a NEGATIVE 100!!!
