Good, but a few shortcomings

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
Pros: Good overall floorplans, excellent maintenance staff. 100 yards from grocery, drycleaner, and other basics. Plenty of parking. Gas appliances. Attractive setting.

Cons: Managment has gone downhill since property was bought by AIMCO. A little bit of undesirable foot traffic from nearby shopping center. Gas heat (expensive in winter). Very poor handling of central utilites.
