Don not move in here. There are way better apartments for your money in the area!!!

I have lived in three different apartment comnplexes in my lifetime, not including college living, and this apartment and apartment complex was by far the worst place I have lived.

The buildings are over thirty years old causing the floors and rafters to creak horribly.

We requested a ground floor apartment so we could let our dog out conveniently and the leasing office supplied us with a balcony that was blocked in by a wall causing us to have to go out the front door.

We leased the apartment three months before we were to move in and less than a week before we were to move in we received a call stating that the office attendent did not fill out our paperwork correctly and if we didn't come give them the necessary information we were'nt going to be allowed to move in.

Again I leased the apartment three months before I was to move in, why they waited less than a week before I was to move in is beyond me! At one point maintenance needed to come and fix our toilet and within two days of it being fixed I came home from work to a posted note on my door saying that I was past due on my bill and if I didn't pay it I was going to be taken to court and they were going to add court costs and late fees.

Again this was two days after maintanence came out! As of right now I have two months left on my lease and the tailates on my car have just been knocked out.

The neighborhood is surronded by low income housing and my apartment building, like all of the apartment buildings here, has paths leading from my parking lot to the woods.

One day I found kids shooting bb guns in between cars parked in the lot.

Honestly I was counting the days that this lease would run out within the first week, no exageration.

Now I'm counting the seconds.

Check around.

If you do you'll find Lazy Hollow is comparable to all the other apartment complexes in the area, a lot of which are in much better areas, newer, and have way better furnishings.

My apartment was cheaper then my neighbor's who spent 1350 a month for the same size apartment but had udated countertops, appliances, and fixtures.

My 1050 was for mostly original furnishings that were twenty to thirty years old.

They jack you up the first 3 months with the heat bill.

Just a way for them to up the rent as the heat is included directly in what you pay them for rent.

Do yourself a favor if you're going to look at Lazy Hollow, get them to show you the specific apartment you'll be renting up front.

Also a co-worker of mine lived here before I and he had to be moved to three different apartments due to cochroaches and bug infestation.

I saw a few so ask them if they have sprayed.

To anyone else who wasn't interested before I wouldn't waste your time now.
