I have lived in the Merion for nearly 20 years and only moved because I bought a condo.

I think if you ask yourself what you are looking for in a rental, the Merion will far exceed your expectations.

As most of the residents know, the Merion is not just apartments, it is your home.

The neighbors are friendly and caring.

The maintenance team is committed to excellence.

Whenever you need maintenance, it seems like they are at your door before you hang up.

Everything is fixed on the fist visit.

The building is well maintained, clean, and very safe.

The Merion keeps their rental rates very low.

I don't know how they do it.

But I would recommend coming to live here.

As you can guess, the tenants who live here are the nicest people you can find !!

There is a community room, exercise room, free doughnuts and pastries on Saturday mornings, community parties and most of all a leasing staff that is committed to having your experience at the Merion be one that makes a difference in your life.

What more could you ask.

You know, I had only planned on staying at the Merion for 1 year and it turned out to be 20 years.

You may ask why' The answer is that with such an outstanding environment, caring staff, and neighbors, it was very difficult to ever consider leaving.

I urge anyone reading this to consider the Merion as your future home !!
