Club Merion is the most outstanding apartment community you will ever find in Howard County, Maryland - or maybe anywhere! If you ask yourself what you are truly looking for in an apartment, you probably would wish it to be a home where your neighbors are friendly and helpful and where the staff is committed to exceeding your expectations. At the Club Merion, the managing staff is completely focused on resident satisfaction by their willingness to see Club Merion as not just another apartment complex, but rather as a home and a community. If you have lived in other apartment buildings, you know that you have to beg and plead for maintenance to show up and fix what is broken -- without making the problem worse. At the Merion, you will find that repairs are done correctly the first time and within 1 business day. As someone said in another review, "WOW" !!!! But it doesn't stop with the outstanding maintenance. The building construction is outstanding, it is immaculately clean, and parking is readily available with full lighting to maximize your safety. The residents at Club Merion are very friendly and you will find that they really enjoy living here. The building is quiet, secure, and filled with neighbors who will welcome you. As a resident at the Merion, I would recommend that you read the other reviews for apartment buildings in Howard County and then ask yourself, why is the Merion so highly rated by its residents' The answer is a management team that has chosen to distinguish Club Merion by creating a commitment to provide outstanding service to the residents that makes a difference in their lives. Based on my experience living here, your journey to find a place that you can call home will be fully realized when you come to live at Club Merion.
