Thirteen Year Resident From: dallancrump@comcast.net Date posted: 2/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2007   I have lived here for the past 13 years. Overall it has been a very good experience. The things I like most have been: 1. Ample Parking 2. Quiet Building 3. VERY Pro-Active Staff 4. Great Maintenance Staff 5. Parties for Residents 6. Friendly Staff 7. Well Maintained Grounds 8. Nice Gym 9. Very Large Bedrooms 10.Trash chute and you don't have to go outside to get your mail. The things I would like to be different: 1. Balconies are small 2. No swimming pool. I would definitely recommend the Merion. It is a very convenient place to live.Nothing is perfect, but this building has the most positives out of everywhere else I have ever lived.
