Club Merion is located in Columbia, MD, an award-winning planned community rated the last two years as one of the top 5 places in the U.S.
to live.
Club Merion was originally built as a condominium complex so the sound proofing standards are higher than normal apartments - it is quiet! The grounds are very nicely landscaped with lots of surrounding trees.
There is plenty of parking.
The management and maintenance staff are very resident friendly and take care of problems quickly.
The complex is clean and well maintained.
Being situated within a planned community, just about everything you need is within 5 miles.
This is the best apartment complex I've live in.
Highest recommendation!

98% of these posts are written by management...If residents actually are writing some posts, it's the same exact resident...Do yourself a favor and actually go out to the community and see it for yourself...These "residents'" posts are of absolutely no help.
