Merion

 

I've lived here for about a year and a half or so with my brother, and I couldn't be happier with everything.

Due to unfortunate circumstances I have to leave, but to no fault of Merion's.

Rent is a good price based on the size and level of service, as well as the area that Merion resides in.

The leasing staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating.

The maintenance staff responds extremely quickly.

There was one instance I had a maintenance issue late at night, and called the emergency maintenance line, and the maintenance man came to the rescue that very night.

Very pleased with the service that we have lived with since being here.

Building is clean and each floor of the seven floor building has it's own little lobby with a couch or chair, etc.

This gives a very warm, friendly, "home" type feeling.

I hate to leave this place!
