I've only been here for two months and am impressed with the fast turnaround time for repairs. Maintenence usually responds on the same day. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. The apartments are clean and quiet, grounds are well-maintained with lots of trees and shrubs. All one-bd apts have 2 balconies. All units have w/d/dw. And most have fireplaces. It is a well-designed community with no security issues to date, close to amenities and commuting...about 40 minutes to Baltimore or DC. Rent is somewhat expensive but it is worth it considering the safety and upkeep are excellent, especially compared to the nightmare reviews I have read about other places in the area.
