Great if you like constant disturbances.

Poplar Glen prides itself on being a quiet complex, but it's anything but. Ever since the management changed in October the noise levels have been loud enough to knock things off shelves. Chainsaws, random asphalt drilling with no warning, unscheduled fire alarms and attemped entrances, rude maintenance, management refusing to take responsibility and blaming other residents, etcetera. This is on top of questionable construction; there are visibly worsening cracks in the ceiling and parts of the walls. A door closed on the first floor causes dishes to rattle on the third, and you can feel every step your neighbors take as the floors bounce and shake. Many cars have been broken into, maintenance leans on the horrifically loud intercom buttons when they want your attention, and I've been fixing toilet problems myself rather than call for assistance.
Yes, the fireplace is nice and the management does provide wood, albeit unusable. However, I've lived near frat houses with less noise and disturbance.
