I would say keep away from this property . There are many other places in the same neighborhood . Roaches in the night. poor building upper level shakes whent you walk.
Management is horrible. Certainly keep away from here .

I hear ya. It's the same old story since Bozzuto took over. I really miss --sorely miss-- Ann and Kristina. I feel so abandoned now that they have gone. Look at this parking resurfacing project that is going on now (Oct 16). It is a DISASTER!!! How could anyone plan a parking resurfacing project during the most rainy season of the year. Every Marylander knows that Fall is the rainiest season. When painting a lot it is better to do it in the summer -for crying out loud-, so it can quickly and properly dry and cure. Then when we only have 1/3 of the parking available to us we get no direction from management for 2 whole days!!! No one knew where to park! They finally send out flyers Friday night (started on 13th) stating to park across the street. There are elderly and disabled here. They never considered making provisions for them. Ok, my blood pressure is going up. I'm done.
