Too much for too little

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The prices are too much for apartments that have paint chipping on the outside of all the buildings, far away parking, kids terrorizing the grounds of the complex with golf carts, and an office staff that is very incompetent. Snow removal was so slow that residents cleaned up the majority of snow a day or two before snowplows arrived. The residents are general nice people, but the office staff is really nasty.
